Services Refund Policy

• Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• Prepaid Sessions: If you are unable to attend a prepaid session, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or retain the session credit. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session credit.

Products Refund Policy

• Physical Products: Refunds for physical products purchased in-store or online are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Digital Products: All sales of digital gift cards or other digital products are final and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exceptions

• Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
